Most certainly not! The days of being embarrassed are well and truly over. Also please remember that the item comes to you in plain packaging with no return address on it, so there is no need to be worried at all.
If your item doesn’t arrive and you have tracked it with no luck, you will need to call us on 0800 689 4084 to speak with a customer advisor who will gladly resolve any issues with you, and ensure that you either receive a new item or a refund.
